Zero Waste Dine & Learn | Our Food Dilemma

Are you looking to learn more about reducing your carbon footprint as a Torontonian? Well, you came to the right place! Join Inwit for a Zero Waste Dine & Learn Series this September 23rd.

Food choices can feel purely personal or cultural. But since the 1960s, there have been considerable changes in the kinds of available products, their origin, production, and manufacturing. The impact of food is not obvious.

We have invited an expert and advocate in food systems, Paul DeCampo, from Karma Food Co-op to explore the concept and walk away with some tangible action items we can implement in our day-to-day lives in the city to contribute to transforming agriculture and food systems.

Join us! Bring your own zero waste dinner, or if you had a busy day, take out zero Inwit & Mugi! Plant-based, wholesome Thai, made from scratch. Inwit is a local zero waste food app piloting at Roncy and Annex! Learn more at www.signup.inwit.app

We will have Kambucha from Alchemy Pickle Company! (BYO Mug)

Zero Waste Dine & Learn is an inclusive, non-judgemental space. Designed to openly chat about our successes & frustrations, exchange knowledge, share tips, and come together to create a community around climate issues.
