The Standing Committee on the Interior will meet to consider Bill 165, An Act to amend the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 respecting certain Board proceedings and related matters.
The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on Monday, April 8, 2024 and Tuesday, April 9, 2024.
Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on Bill 165 are required to register by 12:00 p.m. (EDT) on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the bill may send a written submission by 7:00 p.m. (EDT) on Tuesday, April 9, 2024.
