Organizers: Green Wave West & West Neighbourhood House

Drop by, make some poster art, and help get out the vote. Posters are a powerful tool to mobilize the public, and we'll be displaying them around the community in the lead-up to election day on October 26th. SNACKS, PRIZES & TAKE-HOME ZINES. Plus lots of information for new voters about getting ready to vote and having your say on the issues that matter to you, like transit, housing, parks, and climate resiliency.

This event is for everyone, but especially new voters. Getting out the vote is an important way to drive climate leadership because only 29.7% of those eligible voted in the 2022 election and younger voters vote for climate action at higher rates than older adults.

This in-person event is wheel-chair accessible. This event is kid-friendly and open to all ages.
