Say NO to AI data centres - Townhall meeting

Organizer: ClimateFast

We need to stand up against AI Data Centres and big tech!

Ontario's Energy Minister, Stephen Lecce has said that “Ontario is expecting 16 more such data centres by 2035 and their forecast demand for power is six times higher than previously thought". We need to keep an eye out on these 16 data centres and let the government know that Ontarian's will not pay for these AI data centres. We do not want data centres to take away our water and clean electricity and hike up our utility bills. They create few jobs and mostly benefit American companies (like Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, OpenAI, etc) and rich tech oligarchs. Say NO to AI data centres!
