Skills for Change

Skills for Change (SfC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering newcomers, underserved communities, and equity-deserving groups through employment, training, and community programs. Our Sustainable Communities department focuses on climate action, environmental education, and community resilience by engaging youth, seniors, and workforce development participants in sustainability initiatives. Through partnerships, education, and advocacy, we seek to expand our work in climate justice and integrate sustainability across our programming.
